Renovation Terms and Conditions for Residential Design and Construction Services

Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes design services, construction, and renovation work for residential properties. This includes but is not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations, interior and exterior remodeling, and home additions.

Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered must be made in accordance with the agreed upon payment schedule. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

Design Approval:
Clients must approve all design plans and material selections before construction can begin. Any changes or revisions to the approved plans may result in delays and additional costs.

Subcontractors:
The company may hire subcontractors to perform certain aspects of the renovation work. These subcontractors will be supervised by the company and must adhere to the same quality standards.

Permits and Inspections:
The company will obtain all necessary permits for the renovation work and ensure that all work meets building codes and regulations. Clients are responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from work done without proper permits.

Warranty:
The company offers a warranty on all renovation work performed, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Clients must report any issues within a reasonable timeframe to qualify for repairs under the warranty.

Change Orders:
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a change order and approved by both parties before work can continue. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Clients are responsible for paying for any work completed up to the termination date.
